Where are you located?
We are based in the beautiful Wildflower state of Western Australia.
The item I want is on Pre-Order, What does this mean?
At times we will list items for sale which have not yet arrived, this will allow you to secure your order so you don't miss out! Once your order has arrived we will notify you and arrange for your order to be dispatched as soon as possible.
If your order contains a pre-order item, the whole order will be held until the item/s arrive and then sent out altogether, we do not split orders. If you need an item that is in stock sooner, you will need to place a separate order with those items so they can be sent straight away.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched Mon - Fri within 24-48 hours from our Perth based headquarters. Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from our carrier with a tracking number to track your delivery.
There's a problem with my order?
If you have any issues with an order our team are committed to assisting you with your queries. Please get in touch with us at hello@wildeescapades.com.au and allow up to 48 business hours for a response.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are currently only shipping within Australia, but please stay in touch and subscribe to our website to keep up to date as we are aiming to expand in the future.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will happily offer a refund or exchange for the goods when returned within 30 days. Terms and conditions apply please check our full refund policy found here.
