We take great pride in our products and want you to be satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product/s on your order please find the information below. 

30 day return

Wilde Escapades can accept returns within a 30-day time-frame from the original purchase date subject to the following conditions.

• The item(s) must be returned and received by our warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date. 
• The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unwashed and with original tags.
• If your original order was eligible for Free Shipping (orders over $100.00); once your return item is discounted from your original order value and is now under $100.00, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost of $9.95 as your order is no longer eligible for Free Shipping.

Exchanges

At this point in time unfortunately we do not accommodate exchanges for a simple change of mind purchase. 

Faulty or incorrect goods

In the unlikely event that your goods are delivered faulty or damaged, or if you have been delivered the incorrect product, please notify us at hello@wildeescapades.com.au as soon as possible.

Upon receipt of the item(s) back at our warehouse, a refund or exchange will be offered. 

FAQ's

What is the return process? 

1. Simply click here to be taken to our Returns Portal https://www.wildeescapades.com.au/account to submit your return. Follow the prompts in the returns process. 
2. You will receive an update on your return status by one of our friendly team members, if you have not received a response within 72 hours please check your junk mail.
3. If your return is approved, you can download the prepaid returns postage label (for Australian returns only).
4. Place item(s) in a satchel or box to return your item(s).
5. Once your return is received by our warehouse, the item(s) will be inspected. If the item(s) meet the conditions above a refund will be processed and issued within 10 business days.

How long does the refund take?
Please allow 7-10 days from when our warehouse receives your item(s) for your return to be processed. If you paid via card, funds may take 5-7 days to securely process. If you paid via AfterPay you will receive an email from AfterPay outlining your account amendments. 

You will received an email notification of the status of your refund once finalised. 

How will I be refunded?
You will be refunded directly back to the original method of payment used for this purchase.

What happens if my returned item(s) do not match the returns conditions stated above?
Your returned item will be inspected upon return, if the item(s) appear used and not in its original packaging a refund will be denied. The customer is then responsible for shipping costs and associated costs to have these items returned back to them. 

For lasting use, we advise washing our Water Bottles by hand.

At times we will list items for sale which have not yet arrived, this will allow you to secure your order so you don't miss out! Once your order has arrived we will notify you and arrange for your order to be dispatched as soon as possible.

If your order contains a pre-order item, the whole order will be held until the item/s arrive and then sent out altogether, we do not split orders. If you need an item that is in stock sooner, you will need to place a separate order with those items so they can be sent straight away.
